our founder

Over the years, life has been a journey of learning and rediscovery in the way I choose to live. From being deeply involved in work to embracing the role of a parent and homemaker, I began reflecting more consciously on what I was feeding my family and myself. Food slowly became more than a routine—it became a responsibility. Having always been mindful of my choices, I felt it was time to share what I had learned along the way.

Purity and transformation are values close to my heart.

Gradually, I returned to the basics—traditional ingredients, home-style cooking, natural oils and ghee, hand-ground spices, and time-tested recipes. Choosing honest, wholesome food brought a quiet sense of balance and well-being into my home. It deepened my connection with my roots, my family, and the wisdom of our kitchens. The transformation was gentle, but powerful.

That journey led to the birth of My Sala—a space inspired by the idea that food can nourish not just the body, but the way we live. Through My Sala, I hope to share this approach to mindful eating and build a community of people who value authenticity, tradition, and conscious food choices.
